Sleep and Lavender

Fall has begun, and the days are getting shorter. In a few short weeks, in the early hours of Sunday, November 1st, we will reset our clocks to “fall back” an hour, giving us even fewer hours of daylight. But neither one of these inevitable events helps us get a better night’s sleep.
