Thanks and Giving
Especially in these times, I find that cultivating gratitude is one of the most effective ways to deal with negative emotions and anxiety. So on this Thanksgiving weekend, it seemed appropriate to create a meditation focused on thanks and giving. Please take a few minutes to allow your own sense of thanks and giving to fill your heart.
