Measuring approximately 3" in length - this is the largest yoga clip made by Medusa's Heirlooms.

I was absolutely thrilled when my search for the perfect hair clip was finally over! Medusa’s Heirlooms somehow crafted something that I’ve never come across before: A comfortable hair clip that holds thin/fine hair! My hair can be hard to keep tied up without falling down or the clip slipping out. These clips are of high quality and keep my bun in place all day. Plus, the hairclip lays flat against the back of your head (whereas most clips are bumpy or pointy), so now you can comfortably lay down to read or watch a movie without anything sticking you in the back of the head. I hope all my Silver friends enjoy them just as much as I have!

“Medusa’s Heirlooms” is a wonderful name, isn’t it? Well, the product is just as wonderful. Medusa’s Heirlooms, a brand that makes the most wonderful hair clips which they tag as “an accessory for every type of woman with any type of hair”, but we at HipSilver find to be especially wonderful for Silver’s hair.

Located in the heart of NYC’s Midtown, Medusa’s Heirlooms is a titan when it comes to accessories. Kathryn Hausman is the founder and has been producing little treasures since founding it in 1972. Ever since age 19 when she was studying at FIT, Hausman has been inspired by antique and vintage stones, buttons, pins, and trinkets that she could use as inspiration or repurpose for her own unique creations. She also draws much inspiration from the Art Deco era and loves incorporating this into her brand while working with high-quality materials to create diverse accessories and designs.

The fact that this business was founded at such a special time in the Fashion world, Medusa has a major historical representation in the industry. If you visit the showroom--there are seven scrapbooks of over 2,000 editorial coverages from the 1970s to the present day! Medusa’s Heirlooms have been featured in WWD, Vogue, Mademoiselle, Glamour, Seventeen Magazine and that only speak to national publications. Medusa is carried at leading specialty stores, boutiques, spas, and salons globally, and now HipSilver is lucky to be among them!


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Sorry!

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use

  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
